How do I request a quote?

Send us over an email with as much information as possible. The more information included the more accurate the estimate will be. Please include the following if you can:

  • Vector logo/design 

  • Style, color, material and quantity of the items 

  • Preferred decoration method (screen printing, embroidery, heat press, etc.) 

  • Any other additional information/questions you may have

What is the minimum number or pieces I can order?

Screen printing – 18pcs

Embroidery, Heat Press, Sublimation and DTG – as few as 1pc

Do you offer volume discounts?

Absolutely!  You can even mix and match most items. It doesn’t have to be the same style or color!

What is the turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is 10-12 business days once mock ups are approved and a 50% deposit has been paid.  Larger orders may have a longer turnaround time.

Due dates are really important to us. If you have a specific date that you must have your product in hands please let us know.

Promotional Product turnaround times may vary. Please ask your sales rep about your specific items turnaround time.

How much is screen printing/embroidery?

Please check out our price sheets on each page. Let us know if you have any questions.

Do you offer rush services?

Yes we do for a small fee. This service is not always available please check with a sales rep for availability.

What is the maximum number of colors?

3 colors for heat press. 6 colors for screen printing. 15 colors for embroidery. Unlimited colors for sublimation and DTG.

Can I bring my own items to be decorated?

We recommend ordering your items through us since we know how the items will react to the decorating process but you can provide your own. We do require a Customer Supplied Waiver form to be signed and there is a sorting/handling fee of $0.75/item. Please ask for any further details.

What if I need to cancel an order?

All orders are final once deposit has been paid and mockup approved. If a cancellation is made it must be made within 24 hours of approval.  If order is cancelled you will be subject to a 30% restocking fee plus a partial payment covering any service already provided. Absolutely NO cancellations will be allowed if the order is already in process or any printing has been done. 

Can you match a pantone colors?

Pantone color match is available for most items. There is a $25 fee per ink color match.  Prices may vary for promotional products.

Can I get a free estimate?

Estimates are free and expire in 30 days. Estimates are subject to change upon review of the design/artwork. You will receive an estimate within 24 hours of your quote request. Weekends are excluded.

When will I receive a mock up?

You will receive a mock up within 24hrs of approval of estimate.

Payment / Terms

We require a 50% deposit before anything will go into production and payment in full before orders can be picked up or shipped out.

Artwork must be paid in full before artwork will begin. 

How do I make a reorder?

We hope that you are so satisfied with your order that you’ll come back for more! To re-order a previous job or design, just drop us an email and let us know what needs to be re-printed. We will get back to you on any price changes or additional information that affects your order.

Can you print / embroider any logo?   (Copyright/Infringement)

Lotus Designs will not infringe on trademarked or copyrighted artwork. If you bring artwork or logos to us, you must warrant that the subject matter to be printed is not copyrighted by a third party. You also recognize that subject matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. You further warrant that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction to support these warranties, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless for all liability, damages and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the work produced or provided. If your order has copyrighted materials, you must provide written authorization documentation.
